I wasn’t too into this costume before but it’s growing on me.

What a relief to see Storm have a role in this, to see her as a commander. And to see her diplomatically on a mission with Emma. I'm sure they won't get along, but they'll get along...

This costume is such a happy medium between classic Storm and a modern Storm.

Ive always struggled with her keeping the diadem and tradition, but still making her look fresh, human and relatable with it on and not cumbersome and obscuring.

thank you for sharing this. that one line was so moving and absolutely applicable to the events that occur both in the comics and outside the comics. for so long she has been hated for her abilities by those who wish to destroy her for being a mutant and outside the comics some vehemently push the narrative she is just a woman who controls the weather; not a God, not omega, not truly powerful as others such as Jean, magneto and iceman. the case was even made that the xoffices would never acknowledge what coates established in canon. yet zac Thompson so accurately describes in a brief statement the thing that has plagued her the most. I love it and it most certainly is another confirmation of what coates revealed in bp. bravo!!
