Venom became an ally but hasn't been seen since T'Challa brought an army to the Jabari Lands, Baron Macabre played the villain in the Long Live the King side story, Killmonger is about to be revived again per the norm, while the rest are either dead or tossed into limbo. They're all in desperate need of an update.

- King Cadaver is implied to be stepped on by a brachiosaurus.
- Salamander K'Ruel was imprisoned.
- Sombre drowned in a marsh in Wakanda.
- Lord Karnaj was imprisoned.
- Solomon Prey's spinal column was ripped from his back.
- Tanzika was imprisoned.
- Malice (not Nakia) disappeared.

Based on how Google's handled Killmonger in the first movie, I don't think we have to worry about anyone looking bad. He did a pretty good job of making everyone look good.
