It stated he made the technology that allows them to turn vibranium absorption on and off, it didn't outright state he made the sleeves. Seems heavily implied though.

I suppose it kind of makes sense. If you're putting out streaming service, your own DVD's are potential competition.

This issue was hella fun. T'Challa was badass with the James Bond-ness in his humour and definitely true about how he met Magneto or whoever he was facing on the same level and bested them.

I don't know who the artist of this issue was but it's probably one of the few times T'Challa being depicted in a minimalistic catsuit looked good.
