It just seems odd how Thor 3 got that push ahead of BP. It seemed to come out of nowhere and its not like Taika is done with his script either.

And Thor 3 came out before BP and Taika doesn't have as much on his plate as Coogler.

Problem with big time directors. They have other stuff going on. Coogler isn't Taika or Russos or Reed or all those other dudes. He is a big name outside the MCU


It isn't like BP got "passed up." All those movies are new properties or came out before BP

Taika probably been working on Thor 4 since Ragnarok and MoS is right, Coogler is mad busy right now.

BP didn't get passed up in "order" at all. Sucks they aren't kinda rushing it but you guys get your wish... more time to perfect the movie and not rush anything. Y'all got yoru wish and still complaining

Lol Taika is currently in post production on a movie thats trying to get oscar run "Jojo Rabbit" Oscar run mean a LOT of promotion for that movie.

He also is working in post on The Mandalorian episodes as well.
They've even said he was working on Akira until just recently and thats still not shelved yet officially. Just that THor 4 will come out first.

Idk what the root of it is, but yea people are spinning it however they want right now. Bottom line we heard BP2 announced far in advanced than Thor 4.

Now if this is Marvel giving Coogler a "prestige" level of take all the time you need cause we about to spend 300 mill on this movie. Then lets wait it out. However, this seems more like cashing in on the new found popularity of Thor.

Thor has crushed it with audiences for 3 straight films. So they gonna run with whats hot. Hopefully the wait gives Coogler enough time to come up with another classic.

Yeah D23 is most likely. Feige only revealed the 2020-2021 plans with 2021 alone dropping 7 projects.

Well...we should be paying very close attention to what Jason Aaron writes in Avengers. Eternals, now Blade is being introduced . I guess Namor is coming soon to the MCU.
