From the comic side, I can't find anything that said he was a badass killer until after he went back to Wakand and didn't like what Tchalla was doing with the country.

Panther Rage came first, but I guess they expanded the story later to say he contacted Tchalla, repatriated, didn't like a what he was seeing, then turned into a dangerous killer. But I can't find those issues to be sure. Are they in Avengers or something?

In the Avengers thread I wondered why they didn't call Monica. We sort of got our answer hear. I guess when you have guys like Stark and Tchalla you don't necessarily need outside help.

I don't think so, there were some old scans I remember seeing where Tchalla meets Erik in a NY apartment or something. The Marvel wiki says the same, but they might have updated it for Rise.

I expect the power levels of the Fallout 3 vamp to increase exponentially.

Blade gon get the killing blow tho, esp after dude called him the son of a dead whore (in so many words). That took passive aggressive to a whole other level; even i was appalled

Basically both feel really bad, but Stark can try and rationalize it because it's not personal. Tchalla doesn't get the luxury to not feel guilty because it's his people on his turf.

The “Adze” clan that BP is addressing is possibly refering to the Adze, which is a mythological vampire from the Ewe culture. Meaning that they are likely from Ghana.
