Iron Man and Doctor Strange. Rich arragont character who went to Asia before becoming heroes.
Captain America and Captain Marvel. Military based heroes from the past.
Thor and Black Panther. Kings of advanced magical nations.

Sequels are hard especially coming off the most critically acclaimed and awards winning comic book movie ever (TDK could go back and forth)

Batman Begins, Spider-Man, First Avenger, etc didn't have as high of a bar as Black Panther. Those sequels ended up being some of the greatest comic book movies ever. However, it was how different they were from the original/first film.

My overall point with the Jordan Peele comparison is saying that its exciting if Coogler can do the same thing. Get Out was was an oscar contender, money making, cultural hit. Within the same genre Peele appears to have done it again, but with a movie that seems completely different from Get Out.

Obviously BP2 will bring back most of its characters. I'm just excited to see if Coogler can do for comicbook movies as what Peele is doing for horror. Different, yet still great! Its all I want.

Can't try to recreate the magic of "Black Panther". Do something different with the sequel and let it be its own thing.

Well Like RJ said Creed was a sequel to the Rocky franchise. Fruitvale, Creed, and Black panther are all very different movies, and different genres of movies. Coogler has said in interviews that they have a game plan of where to move from the first movie as well as where they were planning after IW. Dude is a young rising star director with critical acclaim on all 3 movies he has directed which are all different, and one has broken all sorts of records and made history.

Nothing anywhere has Indicated that he plans on retelling BP 1 again. This is internet noise that people are creating to bring about worry for the sequel without any actual basis behind it

- What if T'challa killed Klaue where he stood?

- What if T'chaka didn't die in CW? And THEN T'challa found out about the boy?

- What if Wakanda was inthe Olympics?


I have no idea what this what if thing really is, and I'd imagine it will be more kid oriented so stuff like "what if T'challa killed bucky" wont be a thing but... would be fun what if's lol

I meant outside the suit for the most part but it's hard to make that case now with the bleeding edge armor.

I honestly assumed Hulk would be still operating in the MCU after phase 3. Heck Thor probably will. More in reference to roles in the universe being passed down.

What if T'Challa decided to turn N'jobu and Erik's apartment complex and the neighboring buildings into affordable housing

What if they really did do that there (response to Rhodey bowing)

What if Thanos found more then death and blood in Wakanda? (Such as an opportunity to partner with Tchalla and build infinityland)
