That doesn't make sense because that was a point of contention in BP 1 in Which Nakia was not apart of the DM so it's why Nakia couldn't understand being loyal to the throne. So if Okoye was in charge it wouldn't make sense

It was clear in the movie Okoye almost looked down on the war dogs to some extent during nakia/okoyes convo

It's possible that Okoye is head of Wakandan military forces in general, which would include the War Dogs. She did go into the casino scene disguised, so she can act as a spy if she needs to (though in some ways I'm not sure you can actually say she was good at it).

My guess is the studio execs had already planned their release schedule for the next few years but with the Thor 4 announcement, then they will have to push some movies back despite them not being announced. Though we may never know.

It is. From the Marvel "Mergiverse," spinning out of Infinity Wars when Gamora/Requiem halved the souls in the universe by fusing them instead of just erasing half of them. Ghost Panther was the fusion of T'Challa/Black Panther and Johnny Blaze/Ghost Rider, with the spirit of T'Chaka residing within a literal giant ghost panther. The Ghost Panther Annual has Ghost Panther going into Mergiverse's version of Marvel 2099 and meeting, fighting, then teaming up with the successors of the heroes from the present Mergiverse.
