5 black folks on the cover.

    5 Who held solo books.

    2 Oscar winners

Once upon a time a cover like this WOULD NOT happen.

    Let that sink in.

One million B.C panther makes an appearance at the end of Avengers. Nothing important. The scenery shot of early Wakanda(might not be WK yet, caption just said "Sacred mountain of the Panther Tribe") was pretty. No name for him yet.

Actually, that uniform was created by Declan Shalvey 3 years ago, as part of Civil War II:

Oh, it is. It is. We've come pretty far. Maybe not as far as we should be yet, but farther than we might've once thought.

I thought Storm only had minis? It's one thing I have heard her fanbase bring up that she didn't have solos

I hope that Aaron gives this version of BP a issue like he has with some of the other OMBC Avengers.

You know, for a while now I've been wondering just what the heck is the deal with one million BC Panther. Every time I have seen him on panel all he seemed to be doing was crouching down, or huddled over. I started to think that he was the team mascot, or just poorly conceived.

    Wakanda.

    Awkward... Like really really awkward.

The elders gathered and murmured among themselves with a whole lot of shaking heads.

King T'challa knew their concerns but since they all were under the Disney umbrella they had to play along and make nice.

King T'challa: "General Okoye would you please come in now."

General Okoye strolled in with the sound of Pretty Woman blaring over the com causing random sighs among the very much frustrated elders.

Somehow in some weird executive conference the suggestion that Julia Roberts portray one of the greatest warriors in Wakandan history was green lit.

    Genreal Okoye: "Hey guys!"

Just then as the elders begun to openly protest...

Brad Pitt: "Excuse me Chadwick... You're in my chair."

King T'challa: "Hell to the NAW!"

Hulk Hogan: "You know brotha... When all those Hulkamaniacs see me dressed like Man Ape with these 30 inch pythons WATCHOO GONNA DOOOO!!!"

M'baku: "Now they are just trolling us at this point."

Jennifer Aniston: "You tell me I can't even stand super hero movies but the role of Nakia really intrigues me."

    Nakia: "Oh come on!"

Meryl Streep: "Queen Mother... Yeah I can see it."

    Queen Mother: "BOOLSHET!!!"

Martin Scorsese: "Okay, let's do a table read... Everybody get into character."

    Ryan Coogler: "Shiiiiiiiiiiiiii..."

Colin Kaepernick: "I'm definitely taking a knee on this one!"

Klaw: "Strange that I keep my job but oh well the show must go on."

Everett Ross: "A paycheck is a paycheck."

    Harriet Tubman...

Now that we've seen that the Deviants are still around, the smart play is to make him Bast disguised as a human.
