But wait there's more...
Burbank.
Actually... Somewhere near Radiator Springs in the desert of Arizona.
The Lightning McQueen car rumbled down the dusty lane followed by a caravan of other Disney sponsored vehicles.
The lead car was filled with Goofy, Donald, Pluto and Shrek who for some reason was on lone from Dreamworks to cover a crossover favor from way back involving the company Apple.
Their featured passenger sat center head covered in a burlap bag with a barely faded Toy Story 2 logo on it.
The cars came to an abrupt halt as the passenger was escorted by force out of the vehicle... The bag was removed.
Mickey 'Money' Mouse: "You mess with the bull you get the ears!"
Trying to make rational sense of that statement the passenger spoke...
Redjack: "Mickey please... Yo girl chose me!"
Mickey 'Money' Mouse: "Hell to the NAW... I trusted you in the hallowed halls of the house that the mouse built and you pull a Sir Lancelot on me!"
Redjack: "She stepped to me don't hate the player hate the game."
Mickey 'Money' Mouse: "You could have had any other girl at Disney... Ariel, Tinker Bell, Jasmine..."
Redjack: "I aint into white girls!"
Mickey 'Money' Mouse: "FYI Ariel is now black and Jasmine is ethnic!"
Mickey motions his troops as Goofy shoves Redjack to the ground into a cartoon sized cloud of dust as the others gang up on him.
When the commotion is over Mickey and company depart leaving a roughed up Redjack ruing the day he ever crossed the Mickey!
Note: Hey Redjack thanks for being a good sport and hanging with us crazy Black Panther fans through thick and thin and hopefully soon you will get that call from Marvel to work your magic on the comic.
Peace

"Wakanda needs its king."
What happened to no one man? What happened to Wakanda being done with kings? Where's the council or whatever? I don't think they've been seen or mentioned since S2 and the annual.
Not feeling the art but i do like the way the habit looks at the end and T'Challa's line at the end.

I see they had to put that blurb on the cover to get people to read. Hoping to get a backdoor #1 effect.
That’s what I noticed as well. It’s why idea of him as nothing but a figurehead doesn’t make sense to me. The characters themselves keep telling us how much he matters to the idea of Wakanda even in the face of the “no one man”. Everyone feels hyper aware of just how vulnerable Wakanda is without it’s king. I enjoy it because T’Challa has built a team of allies (black ones) to aid him in the protection of his homeland. Thunderball is back reppin for team Wakanda and I hollered when I noticed it. Even still everyone is losing their heads because the king ain’t around. I love the irony.
Everything he’s said to have lost has been given back to him tenfold.
T'Challa is still being portrayed as a clueless idiot constantly responding to threats as opposed to anticipating and having contingencies to counter said threats.
I'd say that as opposed to his losses being reversed tenfold, Coates is just continuing his ongoing agenda to keep T'Challa and Wakanda buried six feet deep within the chasm of mediocrity that informs the very basis of his storytelling as regards the black Panther.
The sooner Coates insipid Black Panther run ends, the better.
I'd much rather an actual talent such as Al Ewing was at the helm as regards a viable Black Panther solo book.
At least he (Ewing) understands the importance of acknowledging, respecting and incorporating previous continuity and accurate characterisation.
Things you find on the internet...
Get Hectic!
Secret Invasion: Wakanda battles Skrull invaders, including Super Skrulls, & leaves them in shambles.
Now: Wakanda gets their butts kicked off-panel by a bunch of grunts and a second-rate Plant-Man.
TBH I'm not fan of these "allies" because they aren't apart of the franchise so they are taking away development from actual franchise Characters like Okoye and Shuri, and ontop of that it's husr showing us thst Wakanda is weakened as a nation. This is the same place that reppelled superskrulls solo while the heroes barely won, this id thr same place thst beat back the Black order and even with the full force, generals, abd Thanos himself they still took 3 tries total to beat Wakanda, but bke all of sudden they need these allies? Not buying it.
