    Great art from Paulo Siqueira

On Red Jean learned how to do a psychic cirurgy from reading Black Panther mind
Reminds me of the battle scenes in Disassembled. Over 50 characters rushing forward to punch Nate grey like idiots.

Remember when there were battle formations, special strategies and combination attacks used to take advantage of openings they create for each other.

Now everyone rushes forward and get treated like idiots.

Like the travesty that was Typhoid Fever:X-Men. Iceman who can flash freeze people from afar to restrain them, turned his hands into ice fists and charged forward to attack a telekinetic Telepath with ice punches

One of the things I liked with X-Men is that they're great at teamwork from their sessions in the danger room.

I'm not even sure if this is happening on 616.
Cable and Storm? That's gross on another level.

    Liefiled's outdone himself.

To be fair to Liefeld, he just ran with a dangling plotline from the 90s where it was teased multiple times that Storm and Cable liked each other, but nothing ever came of it. CBR wrote an article about it a couple years ago: https://www.cbr.com/cable-storm-almost-romance/

Yucky 90s rubbish that should be forgotten in the rubbish 90s.

Leifield's the kinda guy that'd hook up Jean Grey with Sam Guthrie.

Nah, Sam's not crazy over muscled. He would totally dress Jean in the world's shortest skirt with his signature backbreaking pose and hook her up with Frank Castle though.

I like his Jean and her Red costume finally grew on me.

That psy energy looks like someone threw a dagger in her head though and she's just like "okay?".

Jean's Red costume is so beautiful. Like a modern version of her 90's costume. It has some iconic elements but isn't as outdated, I love it.

Adi Granov has been working on a 90s X-Men piece that he's shown on Instagram, and Jean is one of the five people in it. I'm not sure if it's for an upcoming variant cover or just a commission.
