Angel was already done badly twice. Unless they are pairing him with Psylocke (Apocalypse already ruined this) the MCU should use Sunspot (new mutants could also compromise this) or Monet (which would be cool)

Angel barely had a role in the times they used him. If Marvel doesn't use him it will be just out of no interest for the character, not because Fox used him.

Saw the movie. I was expecting a complete disaster but for me it’s not the worst in the x-franchise like people are professing. I’m looking forward to what happens in the future.

Question for the Jean fans...
When Jean returns from the pod in Jamaica Bay and finds her holempathic matrix at her parent's house...does this take place before or after Rachel adds her essence to the Matrix?
Is this ever followed up on?

Yeah, Rachel's essence is included. It was in X-Factor annual prior to that issue where Rachel told her Mom that she left an imprint of herself alongside the Jean-Phoenix for Jean to find when she was ready. Picking up the crystal was to signify that Jean was ready to face the Phoenix memories along with Rachel's memories too.

Allegedly Hickman was too busy during the time, and they also chose a "Define her role with one word" question. He just said she'll be prominent, why are we trying to look at the negative side in that?...
