If you think about it, it makes sense. For reasons already stated, Morrison was the last story that had major ramifications for Jean. It's always the personal stuff that sticks and is remembered because that's what the real stories are.

People are stuck on it, because Jean wasn't in any other book on 14 years. It was th elast story before Jean dying and it stills defines the character.

Its like nobody follows other couples here, marvel loves drama and eventually messes up all relationships. Even the sacred marriage of reed and sue suffers from time to time. Rogue dumped Gambit for Magneto, Storm dumped Black panther for Logan, yet both couples are back again. it's bad but that how marvel works, dumb soap opera for monthly funny books.

also i love Jean/Scott, they are the original x-couple and one of the greates romances on comics.
sucks for the people who hate it.

even if Jean dates someone else or Scott does it. 15 years have happened since their break up and to this day they are a huge part of each other and i have no doubt it will continue to be like this.

but also don't worry they aren't getting back together anytime soon. Hopeful one day they do, i'm young i can wait.

Morrison’s Jean is the only Jean I like. She had flaws that were noticed not only by the readers, but also by the characters. She was badass and sometimes cruel. She acted like a real person. The only thing I don’t like about this run is that she was killed.

Storm and Wolverine are already confirmed. Logan in the original trailer and Storm in the last direct. Hopefully Jean is in it too
