My take is everything is the same except Jean’s body is now younger.

I get the ages of the resurrected may differ slightly from mutant to mutant, depending on the "desired age" of the individual (and going by the sliding time scale). I would say that they are in bodies that are at their physical prime, in terms of health and strength.

Going by her (Jean's) response...For Ororo, it is the right 'Jean' and the only 'Jean' that maters.
That said...I'm personally going with 'yes', as the body is the only thing that changed and Xavier would have downloaded and backed-up her most recent mental iteration.

The only way Ororo would know ressurrect Jean is from Red, is if she talk with her and jean doesn't has the memories of Red events.

Oh wow, did they put out 4 variants of the same cover. They really want us to pay attention to this issue don't they. I wonder if we find out that the Cerbro helmet is killing Xavier and Jean is the only one powerful enough to use it regularly.
