Well his FF I'm not sure if he reseted, I don't think he changed too much it to screw over next writers.

On his avengers he destroyed the marvel multiverse than he brought all back, some of his changes stayed for some time like Roberto the head of AIM and Doom reformed (I think this was more of a editorial idea, not sure).
About putting the toys back, I wonder if he really will do this with X-men, since if you want to change the franchise it has to be a lasting effect in a major way.

It is contradictory, but there is stuff that has or has to be undone. Mutants can't be immortal or have their own country, so at least those are going to be undone for sure.
