It's not a defining event for her or anything, but she has a prominent role that I can't really detail without spoiling a lot of the Onslaught plot. Her role may not be big overall, but she does have some important moments and one issue in particular focuses a lot on her, X-Men #53, in which Onslaught reveals himself to her. X-Men #53 is one of Jean's best issues during her 90s era, IMHO, and is a must read for Jean fans. Originally Posted by darewithpeace

Ive nor read last weeks Age f Xman Alpha, and will ptrobably miss all the AU stuff, but i havevseen people talking about Jean sensing thatbsomethung is wrong in that universe.

Xavier being in love with Jean has to be the most disgusting, unecessary and unwelcome revelation on the X-books and i'm happy when it is ignored.
It was really gross and gave nothing to the characters.
