The Wanda and Vision series is set in the 50s, if it follows the comic which I expect it to somewhat it will revel aspects of Wanda’s hidden backstory, perhaps even a young Magneto who played an important role in the iconic Wanda and Vision comic series in the 80s. For the rest I doubt it though we might get some of the hidden backstory of what we find out are mutants.

It has the 50s style, meaning the American urban setting and stuff.
Not the actual 50s.
Also if they are going to do hidden backstory, I would want Wundagore first, I mean the place and its residents, which are the essential part of her classic origin.

Wanda/Vision May Feature Scarlet Witch’s Reality Warping Powers

In an interview with MCU Exchange, That Hashtag Show host Charles Murphy revealed his own insider scoop, hinting that WandaVision may introduce a facet of the Scarlet Witch that’s yet to been seen on screen:

I’ve heard that as this show unfolds, it’s going to find Wanda really starting to come into her power set and that the reality-altering powers from the comic are going to make their way into MCU.

I am not happy they brought on Mutant controlled Genosha only for it to be what looks like a very small B or C part of the plot. It makes it far less likely the MCU uses the island in the next decade and not much gets done with it outside it being a setting for dealing with Jean’s issues.

A Marvel Comics #1000 variant cover features Jean 4 times (by my count). Dark Phoenix and New X-Men Jean at the top, Dark Phoenix again (between Hulk and Sentry) and green Phoenix at the bottom. Concerning X-Men characters, it ties in number with Cyclops and is only topped by Wolverine at a whopping 8.
