It’s my first thought after reading, but now I realize it can be Cyke typically blaming himself and taking all responsibilities, too, like other fellow fans have said. We may need more issues to confirm.

Just...it’s sad if Cyke can’t get justice after all these years.
"He did it. Summers did it."
    "I don't understand...What exactly did Cyclops do?"
    "He kept his people alive."

True, but what concerns me is, based on that post about Rosenberg a few pages back, the dude does view Real!Clops-era as a mistake, right?

Jean had more presence in death than Cyke in Hickman's entire run.
Hickman succeeded where 2010s Marvel didn't: make the X-Men villainous and irrelevant.
Hilariously, the X-Men have now fully embraced mutant supremacy and racism against humans.

I think it's more like since mutants are done for he probably sees his action as mistakes, also he wasn't particularly fine after Xavier's death and he never quite got over it

I think the whole current editorial will stick to the idea that RightClops is a villain/monster. They won’t clear his name, all they are going to do is make him regret/apologize and let the story move on.

I honestly feel like there was more to kid cable's story when it came to him wanting Cyclops to ignore Nathan fighting the x-men, like maybe he was aware of how bad things would get on Earth and that it was up to Cyclops to be there to stop it.

I wouldn't go that far considering, y'know, BMB created Tyke and started everything that came after.

Yeah, but still. Also, Tyke was not so terrible at that time.

Tyke was actually a good character under Bendis. He didn't go off the rails until Stupid..., er, Secret Wars. On second thought, Stupid Wars is the proper title.

I too was uncomfortable with Scott's Declaration at the end. It didn't really make any sense. Mutants were about to be extinct. No speculation. And especially when you look at the results. IvX showed what happens when you take action (Emma's Team) and what happens when you're trying the diplomacy card over and over and over fails (Gold Team)

I don't mind doubts and second thoughts, but Scott should be the leader who is able to step up when difficult decisions present themselves.

Other than that, the annual was good. Scott's Resurrection was very well crafted.

I don't think so. Scott took an approach and it didn't work. it ended with his death and nothing really changed. it's ok for him to reevaluate how he handles things. again, this was one issue. let's wait and see how everything plays out
