Gosh, Whedon's run - sigh, back when Scott wasn't vilified by all of the "heroes".

It’ll be ok one day, probably. Plus a lot those heroes are poor in my opinion. They are the establishment and they are enablers of mutant discrimination so if they hate Cyke then that means he’s doing his job well. The people love revolutionaries and the Robin Hood types not the state. I’d rather have Cyke delivering the truth to cap than being buddy buddy. Right now they don’t deserve to be Cyke’s friends. Cyke made him look like the villain that issue.

You do art? That’s cool. Maybe try doing a different medium to help with the block. Or some good music?

This my first Cyke pic. I used a actor as the base reference to make things a bit more challenging. When I get to the background it’s going to be trippy hopefully. I have this idea about the red dimension I’m going to try to illustrate.

Yeah, I try to get all distractions out while I'm drawing. I've drawn Scott dozens of times now, and he is challenging - sometimes he looks too young, sometimes too old. I've drawn him in both his actual costumes and in costumes I've made up.

I like to look at fan Art of Cyclops, not many though.
