Love is pretty cruel on the X-books and marvel in general. Sooner or later every couple will be screwed (only reed&sue and luke&jessica are safe) it is better to don't get very invested with it. Specially regarding Cyclops first he totally loved maddie, then he totally loved jean, then he totally loved emma, tomorrow it will be someone else. And the readers believe this love because when marvel makes Cyclops love they do it epic and deep and beautiful and that's what it makes it bad when it ends (usually in a bad way)

Not necessarily. Characters always have consistent lovers. It's just Marvel's "best" way to keep the medium appear young, but some characters are hard to permanently separate for long.

What Scott needs right now is a relationship built on a healthy way. Something that really doesn't start as shady as Scemma and something that doesn't feel as crushing as Jott would be.

Really shouldn't be spoiling it, but Scott and Logan will forget Wi-Fi even exists and spend most of UXM #11 arguing over Commando vs Predator. They'll settle the dispute by watching The Running Man and agreeing over Richard Dawson being the awesomest villain, ever.
