Yeah, to be honest, I feel he's pretty balanced. It makes it interesting since he has to struggle and use his tactician skills. Then at other times, he can just let loose.

An upgrade would be nice, but you guys are right, there’s really no need if Marvel would just remember to write him competently and have his power function correctly/power-scale correctly.

Yeah, it is slightly annoying when his beams seem to deflect off of almost everything. If the powers were only consistent, I wouldn't be too upset.

I remember the days when i played Mutant Academy in my PS1, that game hasn't aged well (like most of that generation to be frank), but it has an especial place in my heart, in spite of how much i sucked on it Storm and Phoenix were the only characthers that i could use decently.

Yeah, all the 16-bit X-Men games I remember fondly aged pretty badly, regardless of if we’re talking about Sega or Nintendo.

I still play mutant academy 2 every once in a while. Aside from the short lived Marvel Heroes, there haven't been many great games for the x-men. An x-men legends 1 and 2 remaster would be nice.
