He can, it's just that he wasn't around for either of those things(left Utopia after Necrosha and wasn't there for Second Coming).

I think it was about two weeks. It came out right before Uncanny xmen #11. At this rate, it's just perplexing. I'm surprised they haven't done another hit piece yet.
