Rosenberg's Cyclops wouldn't have made it past Round 1 of House of M. Really hoping Hickman gives Scott some cajones

Cyclops was a complete bad ass in SW#1 . Flew into Armageddon on two Sentinels. Became the Phoenix, then began kicking more ass.

Unfortunately my hopes were crushed (well, snapped) in the later issue.

I also write and was wondering if I could ask you guys some questions. For one story I’m starting a western verse. The first story is based on the song Big Iron. It’s about this young ranger that rides in and takes out a outlaw named Texas Red. At first I thought Omega Red because that would be funny. Then I looked him up and I’m not sure he could take out Omega by himself and he probably couldn’t do it in a western style duel. So maybe the brotherhood? Who could you see Cyke taking out and who would have it coming/ be mean enough?

I thought this was a great moment. I think Cyclops has had a lot of great moments since Rosenberg took over. He is steadily building him back up after being gone and villainized for so long. This issue felt like another critical step. Hope it all leads to something big once Hickman takes over.

If by great moments you mean being maimed along with questionable decision making and a horrible mortality rate then I agree.
