Absolutely!

Love the number 1.
Disagree entirely. Scott and Jean, despite their problems and opinions, have always been an iconic couple, giving Cyclops notoriety in that regard. Between Morrison setting them up and Whedon’s fleshing out, Emma and Scott were a great couple, and when handled right, showed both characters growing organically. That whole relationship and dynamic is where Scott’s change into the character he nowadays really started. He doesn’t NEED a relationship , but in the vain of being short sighted, he isn’t “just the dork in the way of the cool guy, or the cheater”.
I wrote the book.
"This is starting to sound like a bad comic book plot"
-Spider-man
“Evil is evil...lesser, greater, middling, it's all the same."
-Geralt of Rivia
Now I need Al Ewing to write a Cyclops mini.
#TheRedDoor.
Ewing made the punch dimension canon and Marvel can't walk back from that. I'd love to see his take on Cyclops, if only for that.
How are Scott's optic beams nonlethal? Sure we've seen him hit people without them dying but that doesnt make sense considering he can smash through walls with it. He once "killed" Sinister and honestly, this seems more accurately for what he should be capable of
They are non-lethal in the sense that he can regulate their potency so that they are just like a punch if he wants.
It depends on how much oomph he puts behind it. It seems like he can manage anywhere from a beanbag round fired out of a smaller bore shotgun all the way up to a point blank broadside from all 9 guns off an Iowa class battleship and probably beyond. One end of that spectrum is non-lethal, the other end should only be non-lethal if your name is Galactus.
Dark does not mean deep.
