I'd expect her to do more than just get captured. Ideally she'd be more important in stopping Ultron than Iron Man but I'm not getting my hopes up on that.

I agree it'd be awesome, I'd ''mark out'' if she did turn out to be more important to stopping Ultron than Tony but I'm not expecting it. As long as she has a significant role to play I'll be alright with it.

Hank being in the Avengers game in his proper age means Janet is probably in the game as an NPC too. And since they'll keep releasing more heroes after the game launches, Janet has a decent chance to be playable

I hope if she is in it then they give her a better design then they gave Hank (although it seems like after the complaints that they might be giving the designs/visuals a bit of a revamp).

She looks amazing in Ultimate Alliance 3 though .

Looks like a mix for her EMH and Comic counterparts.

I wonder if it's too much to hope for that they got Colleen O'Shaughnessy back to voice her?

And we've got some new material for classic-era Jan written by Roger Stern in the AVENGERS: LOKI UNLEASHED one-shot! It is set in the aftermath of Stern's "Siege Of Avengers Mansion" arc, so Jan should be a part of the story (and is shown on the cover). It will be excellent to see Stern writing Jan again--his run was a huge turning point for her character!
