She wouldn't use lethal force on the people who hurt her the worst in her life. It's the whole point of her character arc.

Yeah she wants to prove that she's better than them and not stoop down to their level. Looking at the wrong clawed hero if you want that.

Yeah, in the All-New Wolverine story where Gabby and Deadpool break into the lab he was rescued from, Laura specifically pulls it out of storage (to make the point that Gabby needs to "walk the dog").

Laura fans are lucky that she at least has a solo and hasnt been isolated to the fillertastic AoX

Though the solo is set before AoX, meaning it's status quo is outdated and we've known for months the book was doomed. Mr and Mrs X on the other hand, is now set around the same time as UXM #10 (Rogue appears in Captain Marvel after MMX #10, and Carol seems to think that Laura and Gabby were just away on a mission, so word hasn't yet got out about the X-Men supposedly being dead). They actually did escape (though that book also won't make it past issue 12).
