They have a very cool style, particularly when it comes to expressions and the colouring. Thanks for sharing - I really like the concept of this piece. What was your initial commission description, if you don't mind me asking?

I listed each version of Laura that I wanted with visual costume references as well as a line or two about each version's circumstance/state of mind. That's about it, really. The layout and composition was down to the artist, as it should be. Originally Posted by Jumpyshark

Dang, those are some fine pages. Wish I had the dough to get more seriously into art collection, I only have a few pages/sketches from more indie artists.
Continuity, even in a "shared" comics universe is often insignificant if not largely detrimental to the quality of a comic.

Context is king.
X-23's most basic surface level characteristic that any idiot should grasp: Stoicism.
I don't demand that her every minor appearance be a nuance in-depth examination of her character, but is it to much to ask she be written in Archetype?! This is storytelling 101! If you want people to stay invested in a character, you need to, at the bare minimum, write them such a way that they can plausibly be believed to be the same character!
