A good issue does not surprise me that many have confused the Champions with the Young Avengers or Mutants since the most famous or founders are not present or are not in a form recognizable to the public. The main plot is interesting although still have not seen Mephisto's goal yet.

I think this whole Mephisto deal is a part of a bigger Marvel event coming down the road. Mephisto's been appearing all over Marvel recently and spoilers:

yesterday's issue of Avengers confirmed that Johnny Blaze is still king of Hell

There was a major revelation in Immortal Hulk too. Which may have an effect on Amadeus.

Looks like ALL of the Hulks are immortal and the depowering Doc Green tried to do on most of the Hulks before Secret Wars isn't permanent. Betty Ross was shot dead, but woke up - Red She-Hulk is back. Which means that Rick Jones and General Ross could be resurrected the same way. Could that have implications for Amadeus Cho? It's likely that he's immortal as well now.

The art from the cancelled Vision series is being sold, and a few pages were revealed last week. We know what the cover design meant now - if I understand the driving scene correctly, Viv's human form would've returned, with Vision himself also looking human (image inducers, perhaps?). Mockingbird and Wasp were supposed to show up too, so it may be that both Champions and Unstoppable Wasp conflicted with it. There's also a page showing a Dalek, Terminator, and what I think is ROM, which would potentially have caused legal issues.

Champions will be back in the UK's Mighty World of Marvel next month, in issue 14. Presuming they pick up where they left off, they'll be starting with Champions #16 (they stopped after issue 12, because issues 13 to 15, the Worlds Collide crossover, ran in Avengers Universe, which is currently running Avengers No Surrender).

I think Nadia needs to go digital first, she's selling worse than Squirrel Girl and nearly as poor as Moon Girl. The relaunch has done nothing for Champions, it's sales are only 800 up on issue 27.
