I know Cap and Carol are on their side (and Peter would be too), but they could be trying to subvert the system from within.

I can promise you that all four are active outside Krakoa. Bruiser is Molly Hayes of the Runaways, Speed was a Young Avenger and may not even be a mutant considering the Wanda/Pietro retcon, Powerhouse is Franklin Richards, who obviously is with the Fantastic Four, and Gwenpool spoilers:

reality warped Kamala's theory about her into a new origin - she's actually retconned herself into being a mutant and

end of spoilers since that only happened this week it's far too soon to know if it'll stick.

Anyway, none of them are X-Men.

is under 'Identity Unknown' however in her series her Secret Identity was ousted by one of her biggest villains and in the end she kept it that way. It ended with Tony Stark making a big video about who Doreen is as both a hero and person all in tune to her made up theme song just to honor her.

The Champions scene in Incoming takes place at the same time as the just finished Agents of Atlas mini, before issue 5. Amadeus was apparently missing from the Atlas team briefly (as in, they were looking for him and didn't know where he was)... when he was actually with the Champions (something they really should've considered, since he didn't actually quit them to join Atlas). He's been away from the team a lot, to the point that Riri and Nadia have had to do all the maintenance on the Mobile Bunker. Their segment of the comic mostly existed to bridge the Atlas and Hulk sections. That senator that's going to cause trouble for the team spoke on TV about Amadeus, referencing the ending of his solo book.

He did kind of go off the rails in that story enough to where he got arrested (although they let him off the hook pretty quickly).

He wasn't let off, he just got away without jail time. He did have to pay a massive fine that nearly bankrupted him.
