Did a couple of quick searches and came up with X-Men Danger Room Protocols. First episode is about 5 mins long with Jean and Logan fighting Sentinels in the Danger Room. Goes through all those changes you mention. That is some of the best examples of X-Men fighting Sentinels I have ever seen. Thanks for letting me know about it. It is very reminiscent of the gif of Rachel. Always love to see a Phoenix raptor flare.

yeah, that was X-Men #1 variant cover and Rachel and Jean didn't even acknowledge each other's existence.

I am not expecting much from X-Men #2 for Rachel at all.
