I was always fond of the Spider/Hulk mashup and I’m a fan of Tom Taylor’s work. So I’m willing to check this out.

The pages where we've seen what happened to Banner and what lives inside it gave me shivers!
The Leader's words at the end sounded like a song, so a quick google search turned up... Mr. Rogers?
Not word for word, but definitely the inspiration...

Song)
It's such a good feeling
To know you're alive
It's such a happy feeling
You're growing inside
And when you wake up ready to say
"I'll make a snappy new day."
It's such a good feeling
A very good feeling
The feeling you know
That I'll be back when the day is new
And I'll have more ideas for you
And you'll have things you'll want to talk about
I will, too
(Spoken)
You always make each day such a special day. You know how: by just your being you. There's only one person in the whole world exactly like you, and that's you yourself, and people can like you exactly as you are
(Song)
It's such a good feeling
A very good feeling
The feeling you know
That we're friends
One below all Hulk can solo Thanos 1 million times lol
Just popping in to say that Immortal Hulk #25 was the best single-issue story I've read in actual years.
Two possible outcomes here.
1. As Hulk has essentially become an aspect of the One Below All, everything else is dead. This was essentially implied in the issue before where he had already killed Richards and co: essentially the most powerful non-cosmics in Marvel. By gaining the power of Galactus he could then take on the abstracts and essentially wipe out everything, I'm going to assume even TOAA in order to get that loneliness he wants.
2. Like in a throwback to Thanos in the Infinity Gauntlet or even Ewing's own Ultimates run, The Living Tribunal could have decided that his reach would end in that universe, and while that would be the end of it, as TLT oversees an infinite amount then that is a trivial thing and is allowed to happen. If TOBA's reach was no greater than a single reality it may be inconsequential enough to let go. Abstracts(everything) are gone ... but only the abstracts of the 616.
Honestly I don't know that it matters, however. The arc is pretty simple: at the end of everything TOBA essentially wins. The most evolved species of which time is merely another direction to travel sends a warning back to change it. We now have ultimate steaks for the Immortal Hulk: the more comfortable the "banner system" becomes with letting the devil lead ... the more sure it is that there will be a final hulk to erase everything.
Game on, folks. Lets see how the Leader uses this information.
Edit: oh and I love that green has become a forbidden color and the hues of everything left in existence are now knowledge stored in accepted hues ... that omit green (lights and golds). Very nice touch.
