This is awesome!
Btw, from Doomsday Clock finale there's a very cool bit here:
“On July 10th, 2030, the “Secret Crisis” begins, throwing Superman into a brawl across the universe with Thor himself...and a Green Behemoth stronger than even Doomsday, who dies protecting Superman from these invaders.”
Geoff Johns just loves the Hulk and wants badly to write him. Not surprisingly it's the character He would buy it from Marvel and bring it to DC!
Also, this variant for Immortal Hulk #33 is incredible.
I'm guessing that's Rick on the Alex Ross cover. The art showing him so far seems to be a little inconsistent on whether he's still kind of 'undead' or not. Jeff seems to draw him as muscular now, but the Ross cover has his ribs basically poking out.

So I'm reading the old What if #2 (What if Hulk had Banner's brain?) and curiously, the citation that Roy Thomas uses is "Immortal Hulk #1) which is kind of funny. I'm guessing it's either an interesting typo from Roy way back then and a funny coincidence (Unless Ewing read the issue and said, hey that gives me an idea for a title!), or else somebody changed the citation for the digital version somehow (Marvel had been known to occasionally tamper with their reprints to make the out of date references current but I would've think they've dropped that for quite a while).
Anybody have the original print copy from 1977 and can verify?

Can't wait to see the inked version of it! I'll be checking Joe's facebook.
Also, I love the way Joe gets the inspiration from horror/sci-fi for his monsters and creatures. The "Cloverfield" monster above is fantastic.
