Pic from Immortal Hulk #24 variant by Joe Bennett!
Not just him, looks like Black Panther, Captain America and Thor too. What's with the Kirby-style symbols on BP's costume though?
Also Tony seems to be emerging from a larger suit, probably the Hulkbuster. So basically, another Avengers showdown.

We are the Dora Milaje. We are the daughters of the 18 tribes of Wakanda. We are the teeth of the Panther God. Out of 10,000 years of sweat and bloodshed and battle are we born. We are the women of this ancient land. Deadliest of the species. And our time has come!

“Waiting for the U-Foes!”
Guest Stars/Supporting Cast: Mike Steel, Simon Utrecht, Ann and Jimmy Darnell
Synopsis: Open to the Hulk raging about why he cannot have any friends. Thinking he would have better luck among the stars, the brute attempts to leap into space on his own. After several failed attempts, the Hulk’s final leap succeeds in breaching the upper atmosphere and into space. He quickly loses consciousness from lack of oxygen and then drifts back into Earth’s orbit, crashing back to the American Southwest desert. A few miles away, we’re introduced to pilot Mike Steel, life support specialist Ann Darnell, engineer Jimmy Darnell and millionaire Simon Utrecht. They’re arguing over the purpose of Utrecht building an unshielded rocket ship. Turns out Simon wants to replicate the accident that created the famous Fantastic Four and purposely expose them to cosmic rays to gain powers of their own. After an all-too familiar scene, the quartet boards the rocket and takes off. Nearby, Bruce Banner has awakened and heads for the facility. He’s shocked to find the launch occurred during peak cosmic activity and overrides the controls of the ship back to Earth. It crash-lands and Banner is shocked to learn that the flight was done on purpose. Utrecht is angered at Banner’s interference and attacks him, now calling himself Vector. Ann attacks next, christening herself as Vapor. Mike gathers the beleaguered scientist in a bear hug and much like his FF counterpart, names himself Ironclad. Finally, Jimmy Darnell attacks and declares himself as X-Ray. Thinking they’ve killed him, Ironclad declares the group as the U-Foes – just as Banner’s transformation to the Hulk is complete. The Hulk attacks and finds out the hard way about their individual powers. But while the numbers game proves a bit more than the Hulk can handle, the U-Foes inexperience to work as a team and adjustment to their powers works against them. Ironclad’s mass power begins forcing him deep into the ground; Vapor dissipates, X-Ray burns out and Vector’s powers deflect oxygen and gravity, launching his body into space. A bewildered Hulk walks away…a bit jealous that they did what he couldn’t do – reach the stars.
Commentary: A truly evil version of the Fantastic Four…and for as many times as they’ve been brought back, NEVER HAS ANYONE WRITTEN A STORY FOR THEM TO ACTUALLY FIGHT THE FF.
EXCLUSIVE: Immortal Hulk Unleashes a Classic, Dangerous Persona

This is gonna be good!
Looking forward to "Joe" Banner. Sort of reminds me of PAD's Savage Banner a bit, although Joe at least knows he's not in the right body.
Wonder if he'll transform into his full form once out of that light. Also curious why "Devil" let him out instead of himself.

Fixit was the weakest Hulk, so he had to rely on his brains for a lot of his fighting. That’s probably why he was let out.

With all things considered, this is incredible!
Kind of cool that in Joe Bennet's art Bruce's/Joe's facial expressions have a certain "hulkness" to them.
Could've used some more originality with the "ants" though....I'm pretty sure those are Starship trooper bugs.

I think this should be a running gag by this point. Next big crossover the U-Foes should show up to a big battle, line up against the Four, and then promptly attack the Hulk.
This was actually the first issue of the Hulk I read, randomly at someone's house as a kid. Little did I know I'd be a fan a few years later.
