wasn't Samson depowered at one point, the "doc green" arcs? If so, what happened at this point?

Nope. He died during Chaos War, and simply appeared in Civil War II.

Ewing will probably explain a lot of how He came back, since he's a Gamma being, and we now know that death seemingly is not enough to hold these beings.

Even more art. It's great to see these 2 together, specially in such phenomenal pencils!

At first I though the unknown narrator might've been TOAA but the more that comes out, it seems like someone like the Watcher (lol) might be viewing these events unfold.

As usual with Bennett there's always references and inspiration to sci-fi/horror movies from the 80s and 90s.

We can see one more if we look at the monsters/demons in the preview. Can anyone identify it?

I really need to pick this book up already.

I spot a possible reference to the Fly?

Samson actually died in World War Hulks-he gave up his gamma energy to fully re-irridiate Bruce so he could become the Hulk again.

He was ressurected briefly in Chaos War (as was Brian Banner-I think there's actually a mention of that in the latest issue). There was also a "Dark samson" ghost that battled the Red Hulk, presumably the remnant of the weird split personality that Loeb created.

Doc Green checked his grave out during that arc, just to make sure he was still dead.

Curious thing about the possible Devil Hulk in the art preview, is that of course this current Hulk is also being referred to as the Devil Hulk.

    You're correct. I misremembered it!

Me too. Can't wait for #15 to have more answers about this.

There's another easter egg in the preview. Who can spot it?

    One hint: robocop.

Resurrected because Bendis couldn't just create a throw away shrink for one scene. Yeesh.

At least Ewing will give it some pathos
