LOL great sketch! pretty much without even trying (they don't have to invent them_) , the Beetle-Verse (if we can call it that) already has the foundation for a Spider-Verse-like set-up.
Just threw out the same premise in the Warner Animation answer to the Spider-Verse thread.
They just need to add to that charming sketch, a pulp-noir era Dan Garret in a fedora and Beetle Goggles, holding his retired police revolver in one hand, and archaeology digs and scarab in the other.
As is, those three together should be the foundation of a Warner Animation Legacy-Beetle-Verse, CG Cartoon movie:
As to a distaff female Blue Beetle, i'm surprised DC never churned one up, I'd actually rather they don't, and use someone with their own identity, like one of La Damma's "agents" friend to Jaime, who is unknowingly serving her interest, then discovers her own role (and Identity) as an ally to Blue Beetle.
