It's a good thing that Outsiders comes out in May, considering that Electric Warriors end in April, and I feel the need to replace it with some black ops/discovery of self stories, which seems to be the pitch (or seemed).

It's all but confirmed that Duke and Gotham-Girl won't be an item now !
Which is great, it means that if (when!) he'll get a solo or another mini-series, he'll be allowed to escape all of King's influence and continue from where Tony Patrick left him.
Yeah, I'm bitter at what has happened to Gotham-Girl, a character I loved at the start of Rebirth and has become the epitome of King's run : terrible and devoid of substance.
But you have to try and see the positive in life.

Not that I know of, last i heard of anything related to Duke was Outsiders getting a release date.

Maybe when DC get it together, actually knows what they want to do with him, and consistently does something with him we could see him get his own show. I do think he has enough clout to appear on one of the existing shows, considering Silencer popped up Arrow and Harper Row showed up on Young Justice. The We Are Robin concept feels like a good fit for Batwoman.
In Arrow/Flash/Black Lightning you would use the titular character in batman's place and transplant him over.
But for LoT/DP/Swamp Thing you could keep his backstory the same and just set it in the past. So when we meet him it's what happened before but it informs his interactions with the main cast/plot.
Titans is trickier but I'd have him be a kid Dick knew when he was Robin and meets again in the present because of a meta-gene awakening. Sorta like his bond with Tim drake or just have him be a Meta-gene PI Dick knows.
The movies are pretty straightforward as he could just be Batman's latest apprentice. After JL he decides to train Duke to be a successor and you fold in his comics history.
