i'm interested. Darwin sort of looks like a blend of Synch and Skin. something i've been curious about. is X-23 latina? she seemed to be in the movie. but i didn't know if that carried over into the books.

Australian Aboriginals consider themselves Black, and technically they are part of the African Diaspora, just like, from 70,000 years ago. That said, retconning Bishop to be Aboriginal was a questionable move by Claremont, though. We really didn't need Bishop connected to Gateway, and for all of the 90's there was not a single hint that he was Aboriginal, so it's kinda ridiculous.

This thing that all black chaarcters need to be realated is bad. I remember one comic that Bshop see Monet and call her grandma or something like that. Or hints about Storm being his grandma too. Like really?
Bishop doesn't need to be related to Gateway and being aboriginal didn't helped him as a character since he is removed from that culture
