Yeah, that's a goof, she should've reverted to her 616 costume. The instant hair regrowth makes sense too, as it would've been reverted to how she was prior to entering the Age of X-Man. AoXM Eye Boy had short hair but as soon as everyone went back to normal his hair was long again. It's the same magic here.
