I think the flowers look weird red in that cover because of how her hair is colored. It's pretty much pink instead of lavender, it looks the same as her cape for some reason.

Just reflecting light of glowing sword and shield.

Yeah thats something im noticing on the covers. The colorist is making he hair more pink magenta.

Which had me a little concerned because I was rolling my eyes thinking great does Kwannonlocke get the purple too.

But Marcus To interiors shows purple hair.

Think I’m starting to prefer the full flower crown as opposed to the one side. Probably because all the artists outside of To are drawing a full crown lol.

Also, can we take a minute to appreciate Betsy’s GROWTH as one of the General/leaders of the team?! I’m really excited to see how Tini fleshes her leadership skills out and hones in on her use of tactics for this book.
