I just noticed they worked in the more classic circular belt design for Natasha's look in the upcoming Avengers game, which is pretty cool (especially since the movies have never used it).

Since Endgame, the Russo’s, and writers speak of her as the “last one on the wall” I’ve taken to rereading her long disjointed history. And I find many great moments but specifically her time as leader of the Avengers, during Bob Harris’ 4 years really engaging. As much as I enjoy reading her solo adventures over the past 15 years, I’ve come to appreciate her interplay, leadership role especially post Onslaught, with Avengers Annual 1999. Her tragic regrets and pain after “losing” her team to Onslaught, and her moments with Jarvis are genuine and raise her internal struggle as a leader to heights “ hitherto undreamt”. She truly was the last women on the wall.

Glad she’s back with her team in November.

If I really think about Avengers leadership, I’ve got to say she and Janet are my favorites! And I think you all know what a Cap fan I truly am.

Love to see a leadership team of T’Challa, Natasha, and Janet.

Frontier, I will say her short hair depicted by Epting’s Cap run was pretty cool. Noto’s art was great, however I do pine over both Guice and Lark in Winter Soldier. Still the run I hold in highest esteem.

The absence of Natasha from HOTMU #2 makes me believe that they are rewriting her backstory to make her younger. I think we will see that in her next mini.
