I never like the blue uniform in the comics but when I saw used on B:TB&TB, I like seeing it in animation.

CATWOMAN #9 is out this week and it is so much fun! It's the best issue in the series thus far! It's a one-shot, fast-paced, very-informative, well-planned con/heist. Catwoman looked beautiful, elegant, and mischievous at the same time. It introduces a few criminals Selina is in contact with, a new detective who looks like Constantine and has some respect for Selina, and reveals some new details about Carlos! It's a great read, and well worth grabbing.

I have to respectfully disagree with the few of you who advocate for Catwoman wearing her pink gown & green cape. Literally everyone who sees this look, who isnt familiar with her past, says, "THAT'S Catwoman? That doesn't look anything like her. I don't like that look." I had the same reaction when I was researching Catwoman back when BATMAN RETURNS came out, making me obsessed with Catwoman, her bullwhip, her sleek outfit, and gymnastics skills.
There's nothing feline about the gown & cape look. It doesn't say, "cat-burglar." Myself & other people unknowingly thought she was Batgirl or Batwoman. That look would make Catwoman look unrecognizable to the general public and would not attract any new readers to the title. It just wouldn't make any sense to return to the gown & cape look.

I will say that I wish Catwoman would grow her hair out and least add a little bit of violet to her costume.

As much as I love this picture created by Jim Lee, I'm a little disappointed when people see it and say, "Who is that? Batgirl or Batwoman or something?" Every. Single. Time.
I love this picture but I can't help noticing how most people don't recognize Catwoman in this costume.
