She's great for a campy version of Ivy. My top pick for goth Ivy is still Eva Green. "Neutral"Ivy could be Jessica Chastain.
Can't wait for them to announce an Ivy casting already.
A picture would last longer darling...
Ideally, Ivy would get the Joker treatment and have enough space to tell her own story apart from her usual supporting cast, preferably with a high profile actress who could really bring some extra depth to the role. And a movie like that would also be a good opportunity to educate the audience about environmental issues without coming off like a preachy save the trees narrative.
Probably too much to hope for Ivy to appear in a movie without Harley at this point...
Excited for this cartoon! I like Ivy's voice in this. Feminist, ironic and strong, all at the same time.

Is it too early to talk about today's Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy????
If you want discuss plots and spoilers, perhaps best to do so in the dedicated thread for the mini.
If you want to post Poison Ivy (maybe with some Harley Quinn) scans from there here, go right ahead
«Speaking generally, it is because of the desire of the tragic poets for the marvellous that so varied and inconsistent an account of Medea has been given out» (Diodorus Siculus, The Library of History [4.56.1])
I finished reading through the "Batman Arkham: Poison Ivy" trade, which is the first time reading a lot of her early stories. It was interesting to see how concepts we took for granted since the 90s were built up from her first appearance towards those times. I did get a kick out of how often they reminded the readers that Pam is a Seattle Girl.
And as a add-on, I adored P. Craig Russell's art for her "Legends of the Dark Knight" story "Hothouse".
The artwork for Hothouse is spellbinding indeed.
