Another comic that I've come across that has Daredevil making a "marked" appearance is Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur #24. Moon Girl is temporarily without Devil Dinosaur and the issue is about her possibly teaming-up with other heroes. DD appears on about three pages of story but it's nothing to write home about and does not give or take away from Daredevil continuity.
DD also has one panel in X-Men Gold #6 where he's fighting alongside the X-Men and some other NY heroes in Manhattan against a nanite infected Sentinel.
I will be now heading into "Secret Empire" territory. IIRC, he has a couple of substantial appearances.
I'm re-reading Frank Miller's run and I'm up to 177, where Stick is helping Matt regain his radar sense. I just wanna say Miller and Janson snapped on this issue's (the whole run looks good) art. It's so pleasing to look at.
The comicbook character Peter Parker discovered his built-in radar sense in Spectacular Spider-Man #28..
