That seems unlikely.

1) I find it unlikely that the Netflix/marvel deal would allow Netflix to cancel it only to have Marvel (which is or will be Fox) to pick it up.

2) I find it unlikely that the actors will sit around for 2 years letting other jobs go by just in the chance this MIGHT happen.

Unless they announce that they are filming and in production, and just plan to let them sit on the shelf for 2 years before actually releasing the episodes... but that doesn't feel like standard practices...

I wonder if maybe FX could get rebroadcast rights to previously aired episodes sooner than the two years?
At least it would give people who don't subscribe to Netflix a chance to see those episodes.
