obviously that this carol has completely different powers, origin, and probably even personality.

Her powers seem to be pretty much the same, her origin just had a massive change in the comics anyways, and we've seen too little to judge anything one way or the other about personality.

I wonder...since the reveal of Carol getting her powers from her Kree mom, what did Rogue actually get when she took Carol's powers?

Why would that really matter? A lot of heroes' powers came from heritage and Rogue can absorb those anyway.
Also Carol counts as half Kree whether it's from an explosion or her mom.

Yeah, it doesn't affect Rogue at all. She absorbs any superhuman powers, as well as memories. And that's what happened. It essentially gave her multiple personality disorder. One personality was her own, the other was Carol's. Eventually, Carol's personality was purged (though she kept the powers), and the real Carol got her Binary powers, which eventually re-activated her original ones.

The last time I can find Rogue mentioning having a Seven Sense was UXM#359. Rogue says "...But Ah feel like Ah got some Seventh Sense tellin' me somethin's wrong here."

Both #350 and 357 were written by Steve Seagle (who started in 350) so it's probably no coincidence.

I'm guessing Jessica Jones if they're keeping that photograph thing from her previous issues. Once again, you can't have Carol be friends with Jessica Drew and Jessica Jones and then make the two characters look virtually identical.

I agree Mike. It's really hard to make them stand apart from each other when the artist is making Jones look like Drew. There's still different enough, but I can see characters who are reading Jones going into Captain Marvel and being confused seeing Drew. I've already seen people be like "Wait, Jones and Drew are different characters?" on Twitter and then having to explain.
