I thought of this before the movie release as a means for explaining Carol's boosted power level.(Since she is traditionally a lower-tier than Hulk/Thor in comics.)
But in the movie she is already very powerful in her base form(after her awakening of her powers), I don't really see the need for Nega-Bands.(Also like Nega-Bombs, they are Negative Zone related techs, can they use them before introducing the Negative Zone? )
Also it will feel redundant if they introduce Quasar and Quantum Bands.
negabands seem to be more molecular manipulation based. they were a knock off of the quantum bands in the comics created by the kree to whom they were the power bands of rinn which are more energy manipulation and show the ability to create constructs from quantum energy

I dont think the nega bands are really necessary, and I'd rather they stay with someone like Phylla (keep them in the family, yknow?). If not her or one of Mar-Vell's other kids, then Quasar.
But I wouldn't automatically be against the idea of Carol keeping them locked up somewhere with a "in case of emergency, break glass" sign. Tony's got his Hulkbuster style armors for serious, "holy sh*t!" situations, I wouldn't hate the idea of Carol having the same.
