She was the commander of Alpha Flight in Immortal Hulk.

He was in the Inhumans books. IvX. He popped up in guest roles a lot. He was a main in Rosenberg's first Astonishing run, as I recall.

That Astonishing run lasted all of five issues, they didn't have time to involve Brand there. And yeah, I was thinking he was mostly a guest star in the ANAD era. Even in Uncanny Inhumans - which I admit I forgot about - he was in the background.
