With the success of MCU Carol and her flaming energy helmet-hawk, I’m sure there is the temptation to GO THERE visually more often. I hope artists resist and use it sparingly. I prefer a flying brick heroine. All those years Rogue had Carols power set and had a meteoric rise in popularity as the tough broad who punched. Leaning too much into Carol’s (less popular)space incarnation isn’t as likely to be popular with readers rather than viewers seeing it in live action spectacle.
Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Doesn't Nuclear man know Rogue is already married? Isn't it against the law in New York to be married to 2 men?
Also, there may be a problem with continuity here, because way, way, way back in 1984's UXM#182, Rogue claims she had an encounter with Carol before the encounter in San Francisco.

Yes, that's probably something writers/editors missed. I've read that issue and I still didn't remember it (in my defense, Claremont X-Men comics have a lot of words). I imagine it's a clue to how Rogue might have been introduced in the Ms. Marvel comic if it hadn't been cancelled.

I'm actually wondering if Thompson will allow Carol to have decisive victory over Rogue. She is currently the head writer for both characters. Yes, Rogue is mind controlled but I don't know I'm a little worried
