I think it's alright, especially if she's going to be going on more space/cosmic adventures in the future. I actually really like the bolt going from her left shoulder to her right knee.

I think the new costume is overly designed. I don't see a lot of artists getting it right. The original is much simpler and already iconic, I don't see why they'd it change to something worse. I gotta say I'm glad they didn't pick some of the other options, there are a few truly terrible ones there.

Even the old costume wasn't always drawn right. I've seen a mirrored thunderbolt, her bangle on the wrong arm, and her mask varying in both colour and eye hole size.

I'm thinking it will settle in almost exactly where the last volume left off. She has a very dedicated fan base. Maybe some people will drop it because Wilson left, but Ahmed is a hot writer who likely has enough fans to counter any losses. I think a very strong argument can be made that he is more popular than Wilson at the moment. I wish there were some way to determine those numbers but those are my guesses.
