So that would be the 2nd original hero other then Ms. Marvel to debut in the comic (including Red Dagger).

Probably the next issue, as Ms. Marvel #12 is scheduled for 5th February, which means #13 should be on 4th March. Outlawed would either be the same day or later in the month.

Kamala herself didn't debut in her own book, she first appeared in Captain Marvel and her first proper appearance was in a Point One anthology.

About the costume, we knew that last month. In fact, she lost the new costume in the most recent issue, when Stormranger became it's own entity!

Definitely not for the school question, for three reasons. One, he's from another state. Two, dude has facial hair - might he have already graduated? And three... Outlawed. Coles Disaster. Coles Academical... the school seems to be going kaboom.

Going from the solicit, it sounds like Outlawed won't be a thing in Kamala's book for now. It'll probably start tying in after another month or two.

Right now, it just sounds like another tale of Kamala whining about a new hero stealing her spotlight, just like before with Red Dagger.

Like I said already, Outlawed will be released after that issue. So this one introduces him, and then an issue or two later, the teens get outlawed.
