Not really. MJ was Tony's employee at the time, and Miles was on his Avengers team. If Tony knew their IDs, no reason MJ wouldn't. The only ones whose identities were unknown to Tony are Ms. Marvel and Thor (Jane Foster).

Nor should he tell people that. Peter should keep his home-life to himself and people who are much closer to him than Miles and Spider-Gwen. They're on good terms with him, but there's no need for them to be involved in Peter's personal life, just Spider-Man's hero life.

Whether it'll be a flashback scene or present day scene I wouldn't mind betting that we'll get to see that actually happen at one point.
